Or let me do it for you.
I'm Flavia, and I transform insights into content people care about.
I'm a Brand Manager at Zagged, a US-based creator marketing agency working with international brands.
What that actually means day to day: I watch how people behave on a feed, work out why one hook holds attention and another gets scrolled past, and turn that into messaging, briefs, and scripts a creator can run with. I'm the one deciding what a campaign is really saying, not just what's being posted.
I moved into brand management seven months into my time there, on the back of campaign performance rather than tenure. Since then I've built and run creative direction across five-plus brands, in categories as different as education, health, beauty, fragrance and apparel, and kept three of them as long-term partners, which in an industry built on churn tells you something on its own.
Before this, I ran social and short-form for a real estate business and did freelance content work. That's where I learned that a strategy nobody can actually shoot is just an opinion.
Daily review across every active creator, plus competitors, adjacent niches, and wherever an audience is actually spending its attention that week.
Look past the numbers for the pattern underneath: which hooks and formats hold attention, and what the platform or the audience is quietly rejecting.
Turn that pattern into something a creator can actually shoot: briefs, hooks, scripts. An insight that doesn't survive contact with production isn't a strategy yet.
Specific feedback back to creators, regular reporting to the brand, one variable changed at a time, so we actually know what moved the number.
"When performance dips, I go back to the structure of what worked and change the hook, not everything at once."
An international education brand needed to grow on TikTok with a new audience: students. Once we dug into it, the block wasn't the content. It was the message underneath it.
Students don't stop scrolling for information they think they already have. They stop for the thing they wish someone had told them earlier.
I built a curiosity-led "I wish I knew…" framing and rolled it out across a 310-creator program, reviewed piece by piece to keep the angle sharp.

This is the part that doesn't show up in the numbers: knowing which variable broke, and fixing that instead of restarting.

An intimate health brand was running slideshow-style content: clean, informative, on-brand. It also sits in a category TikTok's moderation flags hard, so reach was already an uphill fight before a single view came in.
The slides were doing their job as information. They weren't doing the other job this category needed: making someone feel understood enough to trust the brand with something personal. Looking at competitor content and how people actually behaved in the comments, the pattern was clear: this audience wasn't leaning in for facts. They were leaning in for someone who sounded like them.
I moved the creative direction from static, brand-voice slides to creator-led UGC: real women talking about real experiences, in their own words. I kept the educational core the brand needed, but rebuilt the language layer around it: wellness framing instead of clinical framing, which also happened to move more easily through moderation.
I helped move this brand's content strategy from static, slideshow-based assets into a creator-led UGC approach built around authenticity, trust, and audience connection.
The number itself wasn't the point. It confirmed the format shift was working and showed which stories, hooks and framing to scale into the next round of briefs.
Across creator-driven campaigns for international brands in different industries, this is the workflow I built and run from ideation to final approval.
Angles, hooks, scripts and references a creator can actually execute against, not a moodboard but a working document.
Every piece checked before it goes live: 130+ a week, across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Specific notes back to each creator: what to change, and why it matters for the brand and the hook.
Daily performance review, regular reporting, one change at a time going into the next round.
On every piece, before it ships, I'm asking the same three things: does the hook earn attention in the first seconds, is the ask unambiguous, and could this have come from any brand, or only this one?
Daily creator review, trend and competitor research, internal dashboards, and reporting built around one question: what do we do differently next round.
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for research and a first-pass diagnosis. Higgsfield for image generation on brand assets.
AI is fast at a first draft and a first guess. It doesn't know the brand, the audience, or what's actually worth shipping. That part is still on me.
